AT Assessment Process in the School Environment

As part of an assignment for class we reviewed a series of learning modules on assistive technology (AT). These were a great source of information on many important aspects of assistive technology. It is free to sign up and use these modules. The module AT Assessment Process in the School Environment describes the purpose of assistive technology assessment and the process that it consists of. This module also reviews the roles of each of the AT team members and the resources that can be used in the identification and selection of AT options that are appropriate for each student. It has a lot of useful information regarding the process of finding an appropriate AT. The module is a little lengthy and takes some time to complete, but I recommend that you take a look when you get a chance!
